No Strings Attached

The tagline since 2017 has been, "no strings attached," because I want people to know that my vote is never for sale and that I will always be a voice for the people. That together we must form a government that works for everyone. I NEVER accept corporate PAC dollars!

Fighting for Justice

I'm fighting to restore justice to our communities; whether that's environmental, economic, or racial justice. I support developments that pay a living wage, are environmentally friendly, and invest back into the community - not those that will siphon out wealth and exploit our workers and planet.

Closing the Wealth Gap

Presently, income disparity is at its greatest level since the Great Depression. While the richest 10% hold 70% of total household wealth, up from 60% in 1989. The bottom 50% saw zero net gains in wealth over the past 30 years, driving their share of wealth down to just 1%. When we all do better financially, we all do better as a society!

I'm currently the State Senate in the Illinois 43rd District. I ran because working families need a strong voice pushing policies that help the middle and working class.

I get it, we are all in this together. However, our political system currently works for the wealthy few and not the majority. It doesn't have to be this way.

I believe government should work for EVERYONE!

I will fight for economic justice and help close the wealth gap. I will vote on policies that strengthen the middle class, create jobs, invest in our infrastructure, provide renewable energy, and eliminate emissions and pollutions that harm our planet.
